See Me See You past participants have the opportunity to join Multicultural Futures for the annual See Me See You cultural responsiveness training program symposium on 5 May 2022 at the Hillview Intercultural Community Centre from 09:30am-12.30pm.
This year, we explore cultural responsiveness through the lens of welcoming and inclusiveness, as well as taking a more in-depth look at the cultural competence, ‘Building Commitment’. Keynote speaker, Dr Christine Hogan spent 12 years lecturing and researching in the area of Human Resource Development at Curtin University. She has worked in Kiribati, Laos, Bhutan, Abu Dhabi, Myanmar, Senegal, Mongolia, Nepal, and Hong Kong. Her motivation lies in designing and facilitating processes to enable individuals and groups to communicate effectively across and between cultures. You’ll also be able to workshop some of your questions with See Me See You Training Facilitator, Rika Asaoka.
