At Multicultural Futures, we believe that strong partnerships are a key ingredient in creating lasting change. That’s why we are proud to have completed our Strategic Plan 2024-2027 which has a strong focus on a wholistic client-centred service and strengthened partnerships with other like-minded community services organisations.
During this process we received valuable input from Zonta House, one of our trusted collaborative partners. In turn, they have requested input from Multicultural Futures CEO, Alec Uzunovsky to contribute to their Strategic Plan with his insights and feedback, reinforcing the strength of our shared mission.
Alec was very pleased to hear as a part of the process that they interviewed a number of current and or former clients and that three of clients interviewed were also Multicultural Futures clients. The consultants highlighted that the feedback from the clients around the service they received from Multicultural Futures was pivotal in their journey going forward.
One client shared a powerful reflection on how these partnerships change lives:
“Zonta House connected me with Multicultural Futures, where I met women from different cultures in similar situations. I used to think there was something wrong with me and my culture until I met these women. Now my confidence is coming back because I know my culture is okay and I am a good person. I have started to love life again.”
This is a testament to the impact of collaboration. By working together, like-minded community services organisations can build holistic support systems that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
