CaLD Counselling

Funded by WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA)

Free and Confidential Support for Migrants and Refugees: We provide short-term counselling (up to 8 sessions) for adults from migrant and refugee backgrounds experiencing mild to moderate emotional or mental health difficulties. The service focuses on supporting wellbeing, coping, and daily functioning.

Languages Available: Counselling sessions are available in English or Spanish. Support in all other languages requires the use of professional interpreters arranged through our service.

Service Locations: Bentley and Kwinana Offices

This program is not suitable for crisis, emergency, or severe mental health presentations.

Eligible clients:

To access this free service, you must be:

  • From a migrant or refugee background
  • Aged 18 years or older
  • Living in the Perth South Metropolitan Region
  • Experiencing mild to moderate psychological distress
