Settlement Services

Funded by the Department of Home Affairs our Youth Settlement Service supports young people on a wide range of settlement issues in partnership with North Lake Senior Campus. This service is carried out via the provision of low and medium-intensity individualised case management on campus. Our model uses a strengths-based co-design process with each young person and includes: a needs assessment, goal setting, action planning, information, referral, and advocacy.

On site workshops are also offered on the following:

  • Personal wellbeing and how to access support services.
