Supported Transitional Accommodation

Funded by the Department of Communities, we assist families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and who are from a migrant or refugee background. We provide transitional accommodation (short to medium term), case management, advocacy and referral pathways for each family in the program. Our goal is transitioning families into long term, affordable and sustainable accommodation.

We accept referrals from services and organisations who support migrant and refugee families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
